通过单因素实验和正交实验考察了反应温度、单体质量分数、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)加量、高岭土掺量、引发剂和交联剂含量等对复合树脂吸水率的影响。得到复合树脂的最佳制备条件为:w1(单体质量分数)=20%,w2(交联剂)=0.08%,w3(引发剂)=0.6%,反应温度为40℃。在室温下的吸蒸馏水倍数和吸0.9%盐水倍数分别达到1634倍及138倍。红外光谱表征结果表明,高岭土能有效的与高聚物复合,形成耐盐性好的共聚物。
