同志们: 首先对参加十二次秘书长联谊会的各部门、各地区协会的秘书长及同志们表示热烈的欢迎。对厦门市委、市府、市一建公司、省协会领导同志到会指导和对我们会议的支持表示衷心感谢！ 我们这次会议是在全国上下都在积极学习贯彻党的十五大和九届人大一次会议精神,进行国家机构和国有企业改革的情况下召开的。协会秘书处要我讲讲当前形势和协会的工作。这个任务我很难胜任,好在会上将放经贸委的张德霖同志最近讲话录音,对当前的国家形势特别是经济形势和政府机构改革后政府、企业和协会的关系问题介绍的比较深刻,我只是抛砖引玉,说点一己之见,供大家参考。
Comrades: First of all, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all the departments participating in the 12th Secretary-General’s Association, the Secretary-General of the regional associations and comrades. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Xiamen City Party Committee, the city government, the municipal construction company, and the provincial association leaders for their guidance and support for our meeting. Our meeting was convened throughout the country in the spirit of actively studying and implementing the spirit of the first meeting of the 15th National Congress of the Party and the Ninth NPC, and carrying out the reform of state institutions and state-owned enterprises. The secretariat of the association asked me to talk about the current situation and the work of the association. This task is very difficult for me. Fortunately, at the meeting, Comrade Zhang Delin from the Economic and Trade Commission will be recording the recent speech. I will introduce the current state of the country, especially the economic situation and the relationship between the government, enterprises, and associations after the reform of the government agencies.
