一、教学改革的紧迫性与必要性《中国教育改革和发展纲要》指出:世界范围的经济竞争,综合国力竞争,实质上是科学技术的竞争和民族素质的竞争。从这个意义上讲,谁掌握了面向21世纪的教育,谁就能在21世纪的国际竞争中处于战略主动地位。处于跨世纪过程中的中国高等教育,正在花大力气对专业结构、课程体系、教学内容和教学方法进行系统的、整体的改革。这种努力不是单纯的学时压缩,而是从时代发展、技术进步、专业结构、课程体系上的总体考虑。
I. The Urgency and Necessity of Teaching Reform The “Outline of Education Reform and Development in China” points out that the competition in the world economy and the competition in overall national strength are essentially the competition of science and technology and the competition of national qualities. In this sense, whoever holds the education facing the 21st century will be able to take a strategic initiative in the international competition in the 21st century. China’s higher education, which is in the process of transiting the new century, is making great efforts to carry out a systematic and overall reform of its professional structure, curriculum system, teaching content and teaching methods. This kind of effort is not a simple compression of academic time but an overall consideration of the development of the times, technological progress, professional structure and curriculum system.
