在电力系统运行过程中,切除空载变压器、电抗器及空载电动机等都是常规的正常操作。在这些投切感性负载的操作过程中,可能会产生幅值较高的过电压。以某钢厂精炼炉变压器为例,阐述了切除空载变压器过电压产生的机理,分析了RC阻容吸收装置和整流桥装置各自在抑制切除空载变压器过电压的优缺点,提出一种基于RC阻容吸收回路和整流桥吸收回路的混合抑制切除空载变压器过电压装置。利用ATP-EMTP进行仿真,仿真结果表明该装置大幅度降低了过电压,且大大提高了系统应对过电压冲击的可靠性。最后通过实验证明了该方法的有效性和可行性。
In the power system operation, the removal of no-load transformers, reactors and no-load motors are routine normal operation. During these switching inductive loads, higher amplitude overvoltages may occur. Taking the transformer of a refining furnace in a steel mill as an example, the mechanism of overvoltage in removing no-load transformer is expounded. The advantages and disadvantages of RC resistor-capacitor absorption device and rectifier bridge in suppressing the overvoltage of the no-load transformer are analyzed respectively. Mixed suppression of RC RCA circuit and rectifier bridge absorption circuit removes the no-load transformer overvoltage device. Using ATP-EMTP to simulate the simulation results show that the device significantly reduces the over-voltage, and greatly improve the reliability of the system to deal with over-voltage surge. Finally, the experiment proved the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
