以构树的成长芽为材料,利用电镜详细观察了构树芽原形成层和形成层的发育过程,原形成层出现于茎端剩余分生组织环,细胞成束排列。在初生长后期,原形成层束位于原生木质部和原生韧皮部之间的细胞发生平周分裂,产生径向排列的细胞层。由观察得出,构树形成层是从原形成层逐渐发育而来,次生木质部的出现是形成层分化的主要特征。
The growth buds of broussonetia papyrifera were used as material to observe the developmental process of the protocrat formation and cambium of eucalyptus by electron microscopy. The primary cambium appeared in the residual meristem of the stem and the cells arranged in bundles. In the later stages of primary growth, the cells of the primordial lamina between the native xylem and the native phloem undergo periplasmic cleavage, creating a radially arranged layer of cells. It is observed that the tree-forming layer is evolved from the original formation layer, and the appearance of the secondary xylem is the main feature of the formation layer differentiation.
