利用多元回归方法计算煤炭供给量自然增长率和价格弹性，根据供求法则和系统动力学原理，分析煤炭需求增长对煤炭生产技术结构调整的影响。结果表明：我国煤炭供需缺乏价格弹性，近几年内煤炭供给量将保持较高的自然增长率；控制煤炭开采总量，调整煤炭生产技术结构能促进煤炭开采业的持续健康发展。
