目的 :对氟尿嘧啶与阿霉素及丝裂霉素的配伍情况进行考查。方法 :观察配伍后外观变化 ,考察丝裂霉素、氟尿嘧啶及生理盐水配伍后稳定性 ,并用紫外分光光度法测定其含量变化。结果 :氟尿嘧啶与阿霉素配伍后溶液颜色加深 ,并伴有分层现象。氟尿嘧啶与丝裂霉素配伍后外观未见有改变。与初浓度比较 ,氟尿嘧啶与丝裂霉素在生理盐水中配伍后 ,室温 8h内两者含量下降均小于 10 %。结论 :氟尿嘧啶不宜与阿霉素配伍使用 ,而氟尿嘧啶与丝裂霉素在实验条件下配伍较稳定。
Objective: To investigate the compatibility of fluorouracil with doxorubicin and mitomycin. Methods: After observing the changes of appearance, the stability of mitomycin, 5-fluorouracil and saline solution was investigated. The content of 2-aminolevulinic acid was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results: The compatibility of fluorouracil and doxorubicin solution color deepened, and accompanied by stratification. Fluorouracil and mitomycin compatibility appearance after no change. Compared with the initial concentration, the content of both fluorouracil and mitomycin in physiological saline decreased less than 10% within 8 hours at room temperature. Conclusion: Fluorouracil should not be used in combination with doxorubicin, while fluorouracil and mitomycin are more stable under the experimental conditions.
