本文以抗配体抗体免疫组化法检测了35例胃癌和19例结肠癌组织中尿型纤溶酶原活化素受体(u-PAR),同时也测定了癌基因蛋白C-erbB-2表达和组织型纤溶酶原活化素(t一PA)抗原分布。结果表明u-PAR阳性表达多见于癌组织中散在肿瘤细胞表面,胃和结肠癌组织中u-PAR阳性表达率分别为28.6%和36.8%,C-erbB-2分别为34.3%和42.1%,这两项指标在浸润型的阳性表达率均显著高于膨胀型(P0.05)。经图像分析u-PAR和C-erbB-2表达间具有相关性(r=0.803。P<0.05),两者与t-PA抗原分布间均无相关性。上述结果提示u-PAR和C-erbB-2的阳性表达与肿瘤细胞浸润能力增强可能有关。
In this paper, urinary plasminogen activator receptor (u-PAR) was detected in 35 cases of gastric cancer and 19 cases of colon cancer tissue by immunohistochemical method of anti-ligand antibody. The oncogene protein C-erbB-2 was also measured. Expression and tissue plasminogen activin (t-PA) antigen distribution. The results showed that the positive expression of u-PAR was more common in tumor tissues than in cancerous tissues. The positive expression rates of u-PAR in gastric and colon cancer tissues were 28.6% and 36.8%, respectively, and C-erbB-2 was 34. 3% and 42.1%, the positive rate of these two indicators in infiltrative type were significantly higher than the inflated type (P<0.05). There was a correlation between the expression of u-PAR and C-erbB-2 by image analysis (r=0.803, P<0.05), and there was no correlation between the two and t-PA antigen distribution. The above results suggest that the positive expression of u-PAR and C-erbB-2 may be related to the enhanced infiltration ability of tumor cells.
