目的分析治疗性沟通对脑梗死患者自我效能及情绪的影响。方法选取2015年6月~2016年5月医院神经内科收治的脑梗死患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例,对照组给予常规神经内科护理,干预组在常规护理基础上联合治疗性沟通策略,比较两组护理10天后自我效能与情绪的变化情况。结果干预组患者自我效能水平明显高于对照组,且干预组患者抑郁、焦虑评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将治疗性沟通策略应用于脑梗死患者的护理中,对提高患者自我效能,改善负面情绪有积极意义,值得选择。
Objective To analyze the influence of therapeutic communication on self-efficacy and emotion of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy-four patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Department of Neurology from June 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into two groups (n = 37 in each group). The control group was given routine neurology nursing. The intervention group was treated on the basis of routine nursing Communication strategy to compare two groups of nursing self-efficacy and emotional changes in 10 days. Results The self-efficacy of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The scores of depression and anxiety in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of therapeutic communication strategies in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction has positive significance to improve patients’ self-efficacy and improve negative emotions, so it is worth to choose.
