本文研究了 LT21 的几种材质缺陷对其机械性能、腐蚀性能、工艺性能、疲劳性能的影响。试验结果表明:变形粗晶会使零件表面形成“桔子皮”,使强度和塑性略有降低,对疲劳寿命影响不大;铸态组织残余明显地降低材料的腐蚀性能;气泡对腐蚀性能影响不大;“黑边”是由初晶Si 和 Mg_2Si 组成的,加工中必须彻底切除掉。
In this paper, LT21 several material defects on its mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, process performance, fatigue properties. The experimental results show that the deformed coarse grains will form “orange peel” on the surface of the parts, resulting in a slight decrease in strength and plasticity and little effect on the fatigue life.
