在水-乙醇混合溶液中合成了标题配合物[CoIm6].SO4.2H2O(Im=C3H4N2,咪唑)并且培养出了配合物单晶,利用X-射线单晶衍射手段分析了配合物的结构。结构分析结果表明:该配合物为六方晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数a=0.89999(15)nm,b=0.89999(15)nm,c=2.3080(8)nm,α=90℃,β=90℃,γ=120℃。V=1.6190(7)nm3,Z=2,最终的偏离因子R=0.0862,wR=0.2505,GOOF=1.040。六个咪唑分子的氮原子与钴离子配位,形成了八面体几何构型,在配合物的晶格中,还存在着硫酸根和两个游离的水分子。
The title complex [CoIm6] .SO4.2H2O (Im = C3H4N2, imidazole) was synthesized in a water-ethanol mixed solution and the complex single crystal was grown. The structure of the complex was analyzed by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The results of the structure analysis show that the complex is a hexagonal system with space group P-1, a = 0.89999 (15) nm, b = 0.89999 (15) nm, c = 2.3080 , β = 90 ° C, γ = 120 ° C. V = 1.6190 (7) nm3, Z = 2, the final deviation factor R = 0.0862, wR = 0.2505, GOOF = 1.040. The nitrogen atoms of the six imidazole molecules coordinate with cobalt ions to form an octahedral geometry. In the crystal lattice of the complex, there are also sulfate and two free water molecules.
