本文对武汉市部分地区1986～1989年3441例死因进行分析。结果表明,在各年龄组中,男性居民死亡率大于女性;影响居民健康的前五位主要死因依次为:心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系疾病、脑血管疾病及损伤与中毒,传染病与寄生虫病已退居第六位;男性居民平均期望寿命为71.04岁,女性为74.74岁,其中循环系疾病对寿命的影响最大,而恶性肿瘤,损伤与中毒则主要威胁中壮年人群。
This article analyzes the causes of 3441 deaths in some areas of Wuhan from 1986 to 1989. The results showed that the male death rate was higher than that of the female in all age groups. The five leading causes of death were cardiovascular diseases, malignant tumors, respiratory diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, injuries and poisoning, infectious diseases and Parasitic diseases have retired to the sixth place; the average life expectancy of male residents is 71.04 years and that of females is 74.74 years, of which circulatory diseases have the greatest impact on life expectancy, while malignant tumors, injuries and poisoning mainly threaten the middle-aged and young adults.
