针对传统长输油气管道完整性管理中存在的数据不规范、数据关联困难、缺少GIS空间数据管理、分析处理效率难以适应当今管道安全管理等问题,为了提高其数据分析和信息集成的能力,利用WebGIS技术构建管道完整性管理系统,为管道完整性管理提供可视化基础。基于WebGIS的管道完整性管理系统以GIS作为平台开展风险识别、高后果区分析、巡检监控、应急方案设计等工作,其关键技术包括多源异构数据无缝聚合技术、云部署机制以及基于SOA地理信息服务架构技术。实例应用结果表明:基于APDM数据模型的管道完整性数据库,采用B/S网络结构开发应用系统,其GIS系统在管道完整性管理中强大的空间数据处理和分析能力,提高了管道完整性评价和决策支持的水平,为管道完整性管理提供了实用平台。
In order to improve the ability of data analysis and information integration in traditional long-distance pipeline integrity management, such as non-standard data, difficult data association, lack of GIS spatial data management and analysis and processing efficiency, it is difficult to adapt to the current pipeline safety management and other issues. Its key technologies include the seamless polymerization of heterogeneous data from heterogeneous sources, the cloud deployment mechanism, SOA Geographic Information Services Architecture Technology. The results of application show that the pipeline integrity database based on APDM data model is developed by B / S network architecture and its GIS system has powerful spatial data processing and analysis capabilities in pipeline integrity management, which improves the assessment of pipeline integrity and The level of decision support provides a practical platform for pipeline integrity management.
