人体细胞内普遍存有聚胺,其中包括亚精胺(spermidine)、精胺(spermine)及其生理性前体腐胺(putrescine).曾报道癌肿患者血、尿、脑脊液中聚胺水平增高.为了解聚胺与胃癌的关系,作者测定胃癌及正常胃粘膜组织中的聚胺量及其限速酶鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)的活性.患者和方法:17例胃癌患者,男性8例,女性9例,年龄范围46~80岁.除1例胃次全切除外,均行全胃及脾切除术;术后即刻在肿瘤区及无肿瘤的相对正常粘膜取材,并置于-25℃下备检.病理检查示16例腺
Polyamines are commonly found in human cells, including spermidine, spermine, and their physiological precursor putrescine. It has been reported that polyamine levels in blood, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid are elevated in cancer patients. To understand the relationship between polyamines and gastric cancer, the authors measured the amount of polyamines in gastric cancer and normal gastric mucosa and the activity of the rate-limiting enzyme ornithine decarboxylase (ODC). Patients and Methods: 17 patients with gastric cancer, male 8 Cases, 9 females, age range 46 to 80 years old.
