2010年的上海世博会,预计世博园区每天的供餐量在30万份以上。保证世博园区食品供应的质量是组织者面临的重大任务。在园区食品供应监管体系中,事先质量辨别系统能更好地控制食品质量,保护消费者的利益。食品质量事先辨别系统的有效运行是食品供货商、供餐公司和政府监管部门博弈的结果。本文从供货商选择生产优质食品、普通食品、不达标食品等情况出发,分析了食品供货商在各种选择下的收益。供餐公司和监管部门只有加大检测力度、加重对可能的违规者的惩罚,才能更好地保证食品质量,防止不达标的食品流入世博园区。
The 2010 Shanghai World Expo is expected to daily supply of more than 300,000 copies of the Expo site. Ensuring the quality of the food supply in the Expo Site is a major task facing the organizers. In the park food supply regulatory system, the prior quality identification system can better control food quality and protect the interests of consumers. The effective operation of food quality prior identification system is the result of the game between food suppliers, food companies and government regulators. This article analyzes the food supplier’s profit under various choices from the suppliers to choose to produce high-quality food, ordinary food, substandard food and so on. Feeding companies and regulatory agencies only increase the detection efforts, increasing the penalties for possible violations, in order to better ensure the quality of food, to prevent the inflow of substandard food into the Expo site.
