建立了中空纤维离心超滤-HPLC法分析3种口服液体制剂中的苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠。采用中空纤维超滤装置对样品溶液进行纯化、分离;采用Diamonsil C_18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇∶0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液(6∶94),检测波长230 nm。结果表明,苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠分别在0.5~100μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为97.8%、98.5%、97.8%,RSD≤1.7%。本法简单快捷,可为口服液体制剂中苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠的含量测定提供参考。
A hollow fiber centrifugal ultrafiltration-HPLC method was developed for the determination of benzoic acid, sorbic acid and sodium saccharin in three oral liquid preparations. The hollow fiber ultrafiltration device was used to purify and separate the sample solution. Diamonsil C_18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.02 mol / L ammonium acetate solution (6:94) and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. The results showed that benzoic acid, sorbic acid and sodium saccharin had a good linearity in the range of 0.5 ~ 100μg / ml. The average recoveries were 97.8%, 98.5% and 97.8%, respectively. The RSD was less than or equal to 1.7%. This method is simple and quick, which can provide a reference for the determination of benzoic acid, sorbic acid and sodium saccharin in oral liquid preparations.
