目的 :建立血液保养液的细菌内毒素检查法。方法 :用自制 Tris- Hc缓冲液代替细菌内毒素检查用水做鲎试剂溶媒 ,按中国药典 2 0 0 0年版二部收载的细菌内毒素检查法进行实验。结果 :Tris- Hcl缓冲液做鲎试剂溶媒能排除血液保养液对鲎试剂凝胶反应的干扰。结论 :鲎试剂溶媒改进后 ,可以用细菌内毒素检查法代替血液保养液的热原检查 Objective: To establish a bacterial endotoxin test for blood maintenance fluid. Methods: Using homemade Tris-Hc buffer instead of bacterial endotoxin test water as reagent, the experiment was carried out according to the bacterial endotoxin test carried in 2000 of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Results: The Tris-Hcl buffer was used as a solvent to eliminate the interference of the blood maintenance solution on the gel reaction of limulus reagents. CONCLUSIONS: After the 鲎 reagent solution is improved, the bacterial endotoxin test can be used instead of the pyrogen test of blood maintenance fluid
