本试验对油菜不育材料花托培养诱导不定芽及其增殖进行研究。结果表明:花托带完整子房插入培养基B_5+6-BA2mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L是较好的培养方式和适宜培养基;在不同6—BA浓度培养基上进行芽的增殖,以B_5+6-BA5mg/L为宜,新增芽数达5.7个。子房对培养花托的芽诱导有重要作用,并且带完整子房显著优于带部分子房。
In this study, torch inoculation of adventitious buds and proliferation of rapeseed sterile materials were studied. The results showed that: the intact ovary was inserted into the medium with B5 + 6-BA2mg / L + NAA0.1mg / L, which was a better culture method and suitable culture medium. Bud proliferation was carried out on different 6-BA medium B_5 + 6-BA5mg / L is appropriate, the number of new buds up to 5.7. Ovary plays an important role in the induction of buds in cultivating the receptacle, and with a complete ovary significantly better than with some ovary.
