【目的】香稻中香味的产生是由于水稻第8染色体上面Badh2基因的功能缺失而导致2-乙酰-1-吡咯啉(2AP)前体物质的增多,进而2AP积累使稻米产生香气。【方法】本研究利用Badh2基因开发的7个功能标记,针对豫南地区16份香稻品种进行了检测与分析。【结果】4份香稻品种属于第2外显子突变类型,2份香稻品种属于第4~5外显子突变类型,5份香稻品种属于第7外显子突变类型;并没有发现Badh2基因启动子区及第12~14外显子突变类型的香稻品种。【结论】通过Badh2基因功能标记的检测与分析,本研究鉴定了豫南香稻品种对应的突变类型,为利用分子标记辅助选择培育优质香稻新品种奠定基础。
【Objective】 The aroma of fragrant rice is caused by the increase of 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline (2AP) precursors due to the lack of function of Badh2 gene on chromosome 8 of rice, and then the accumulation of 2AP makes the rice produce aroma. 【Method】 In this study, seven functional markers developed by Badh2 gene were used to detect and analyze 16 fragrant rice varieties in southern Henan. 【Result】 Four varieties of aroma rice belonged to the second exon mutation type, two of the aroma rice varieties belonged to the fourth to fifth exon mutation types, and five of the aroma rice varieties belonged to the seventh exon mutation type. No results were found Badh2 gene promoter region and 12 ~ 14 exon mutation type of aroma rice varieties. 【Conclusion】 Through the detection and analysis of Badh2 gene function markers, this study identified the corresponding mutant types of aromatic rice varieties in southern Henan and laid the foundation for breeding new varieties of high-quality aromatic rice with molecular marker-assisted selection.
