本文从主客观两方面论述了集体主义原则个体内化的条件。作者提出“良好集体”是集体主义原则个体内化的最根本的客观条件。“良好集体”有以下几个特征:即有共同的目标和任务、有积极而相容的道德心理氛围和有制约力的集体规范。对集体主义原则的正确认知和践履符合集体主义原则的行为时有积极的情感体验则是集体主义原则个体内化的最重要的主观条件。
This article discusses the conditions of individual internalization of collectivism from both subjective and objective perspectives. The author proposes that “good collective” is the most fundamental objective condition for the internalization of individualism in collectivism. There are several characteristics of “good collectives”: that is, they share common goals and tasks, a positive and compatible moral and psychological atmosphere, and a restrictive collective norm. Correct understanding of the principle of collectivism and behavior consistent with the principle of collectivism have a positive emotional experience is the most important subjective internalization of collectivism principle subjective conditions.
