从地方耐高温品种中克隆出具有完全读码框的热激因子TaHSF3,编码315个氨基酸序列。系统进化树分析表明:TaHSF3属于热激因子(HSF)B2类,与大麦、水稻、玉米和大豆相似性较高;正常生长条件下TaHSF3基因在小麦穗部有高的表达量;在高温和冷冻胁迫处理下TaHSF3能高度表达。TaHSF3基因有利于应对极端温度,可以作为1个候选基因应用在小麦抗性分子育种中,将有可能培育出耐热的小麦新材料。
A thermostable factor TaHSF3 with full reading frame was cloned from local high temperature resistant varieties and encoded a 315 amino acid sequence. Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that TaHSF3 belonged to B2 class of heat shock factor (HSF), with high similarity to barley, rice, maize and soybean; TaHSF3 gene had high expression in wheat spike under normal growth conditions; Under stress treatment, TaHSF3 can be highly expressed. TaHSF3 gene is helpful to deal with extreme temperature and can be used as a candidate gene in wheat resistant molecular breeding, it will be possible to breed heat-resistant wheat new material.
