The application of advanced technology to design and manufacture of a position sensing galvanometer system in order to provide the aircraft in the harsh environment of arc absolute order of magnitude accuracy. A special requirement for the system is to manipulate a larger mirror (6g-cm ~ 2) with an 80Hz frequency and an adjustable declination of 6 °.
