采用(60)Cor射线、电子束转换的X射线,用4个辐照剂量、4个辐照时期对4个地方的大蒜品种进行抑制试验,以明确辐照的敏感期。结果发现,2种射线辐照大蒜在休眠期只需40Gy即可抑制发芽;各品种间抑制发芽的比较敏感的临界期;江苏太仓蒜为9月15日、河南郑州蒜和山东金乡蒜为8月22日,江苏邳州蒜则为8月15日。
Using (60) Cor beam, electron beam converted X-ray, with four doses of irradiation, four irradiation period of garlic in four places inhibition test to determine the sensitive period of irradiation. The results showed that germination was inhibited only by 40Gy during the dormancy period of the two kinds of radiation-irradiated garlics. The more sensitive critical period was the inhibition of germination among all cultivars. Jiangsu Taicang garlic was on September 15, garlic from Henan Zhengzhou and Jinxiang garlic from Shandong August 22, Jiangsu Pizhou garlic is August 15.
