近年来,贫困毕业生就业问题倍受关注。贫困生是高职院校中比较特殊的人群。由于就业形势的严峻、贫困的家庭背景和价值认同等因素,他们在面对就业时呈现出多重矛盾,表现出自卑、焦虑、悲观及自我意识缺乏等心理特征。这些心理在一定程度上阻碍了贫困毕业生的顺利就业。解决高职贫困生的就业心理要完善就业配套制度,加强对贫困毕业生就业的关注度及建立贫困生就业心理健康教育长效机制。
In recent years, the issue of employment of poor graduates has drawn much attention. Poor students in higher vocational colleges in a more special crowd. Due to such factors as the grim employment situation, the impoverished family background and value recognition, many contradictions emerged in the face of employment and showed psychological characteristics such as low self-esteem, anxiety, pessimism and lack of self-awareness. These psychology to a certain extent hindered the smooth employment of poor graduates. Solving the Employment Psychology of Poor Students in Higher Vocational Education It is necessary to perfect the employment matching system, strengthen the attention paid to the employment of poor graduates and establish the long-term mechanism of mental health education for poor students.
