患者女性,8岁,因心悸、气促、浮肿、不能平卧于1990年10月6日就诊。患者1岁时发现“先心病”,先后于1984、1987年到两大城市胸科医院就诊,经心电图、X线片、超声心动图、心脏声学造影确诊为“先天性心脏病,室间隔缺损”。体检:发育较差,微发绀,左心前区隆起,可扪及收缩期震颤,心界明显扩大,尤以左下明显,胸骨左缘第三、四肋间可闻及Ⅳ～Ⅴ级粗糙的全收缩期杂音,心尖区可闻及Ⅲ～Ⅳ级隆隆样舒张期杂音。X线示左右室明显
