把企业的销售规模从零快速上升到亿元的水平,泉州奈步体育用品有限公司(以下简称奈步)只用了3年的时间。然而随着市场竞争的不断升级和行业产品的销售价格不断走低,几乎所有的鞋厂都被拖入价格竞争的漩涡。仅福建的晋江市就有制鞋企业数千家,竞争之惨烈可想而知!奈步亟需通过有效的营销整合来突破价格竞争的怪圈,实现销售和品牌的同步提升。这也是绝大多数中国民营企业面临的共性问题,既要实现短期销售的快速提升,又要实现价格和品牌的同步升级。
