战略管理是知识社会中企业生存和发展的首要问题;战略管理理论是企业战略实践的指导思想,在新世纪企业管理中占据核心地位。文章“从知识与服务”入手,探索知识经济条件下战略管理的最新动态,系统地设计知识战略和服务战略的互动及整合体系,集中研究了知识与服务互动整合的战略逻辑关系,在论述三大新趋势的基础上,提出了构成知识与服务互动型战略的三个分战略,即知识型服务战略、服务型知识战略以及知识服务一体化战略。
Strategic management is the primary issue for the survival and development of enterprises in a knowledge-based society. The theory of strategic management is the guiding ideology of corporate strategy practice and occupies a central position in business management in the new century. The article starts from knowledge and service, explores the latest developments of strategic management under the condition of knowledge economy, systematically designs the interaction and integration system of knowledge strategy and service strategy, and focuses on the strategic and logical relationship between knowledge and service integration. On the basis of the new trend, this paper proposes three sub-strategies that constitute the interactive strategy of knowledge and service, that is, knowledge-based service strategy, service-oriented knowledge strategy and knowledge service integration strategy.
