上海等地地下工程的基坑格构柱大多采用缀板式四肢格构柱形式。从工程设计全过程要素分析入手,全面梳理输入参数、计算内容和构造要求,构思自动成图流程;基于AUTOCAD软件,二次开发了从输入参数到自动生成缀板式四肢格构柱计算书和图纸软件。这样不仅实现了缀板式四肢格构柱设计的便捷高效,也为小型构件设计的标准化、精细化提供了范例。
Most underground structures such as Shanghai and other underground structural grid columns with limb plate lattice structure. Based on the analysis of the elements in the whole process of engineering design, this paper comprehensively sort out the input parameters, calculate the content and construction requirements, and construct the automatic mapping process. Based on AUTOCAD software, the paper and drawings from the input parameters to the automatic generation of plate- software. This not only achieved the plate-type limb plate limb design convenient and efficient, but also for the design of small components of the standardization, refinement provides an example.
