针对钢管3PE防腐施工中原材料的消耗控制问题,基于施工经验,通过分析3PE防腐层的厚度分布情况,确定了防腐层厚度不均匀是影响聚乙烯原材料消耗的主要因素。针对搭接处厚度高于管体防腐层和焊缝区厚度低于管体防腐层的情况,介绍了降低聚乙烯原材料消耗的主要方法,包括:减少搭接宽度;通过调节加热温度和托(压)辊压力,增加焊缝区防腐层的厚度;降低废管率。
