目的谈讨实施社区健康档案建档工作流程的使用效果。方法中心医务人员自行制定建档工作流程及评分标准并实施推广。结果流程管理的实施提高了中心护理人员及各个社区团队人员的工作效率,同时也提提高了临床护理带教率和质量、社区健康档案的质量、社区的护理管理水平,使居民的满意度得到了提高。结论社区健康档案建档工作流程的实施适用于社区工作,效果好,值得应用及推广。
Objective To discuss the effect of using community health file creation workflow. Method center medical staff to develop their own archiving workflow and scoring standards and the implementation of promotion.
