随着社会生活节奏的不断加快,我国青少年的体质健康也持续下降,需要给予充充足的重视。户外体育拓展运动指的是在限定的环境下,以身体为活动载体开展的训练项目,具有一定的挑战性,能够培养团队意识,并提高身体素质。高中生热衷于新事物,随着户外体育拓展运动在我国的推进,更多的高中生认识、熟识并对户外体育拓展运动产生兴趣,加入到户外体育拓展运动中,在运动中,改善自身的身体素质,并提高了综合能力。 With the continuous acceleration of the pace of social life, the physical health of our young people has also continued to decline, and we need to give full attention to it.
