此调查是由中国市场调查所倡议并组织的。中共中央统战部工商经济局、国家工商局个体私营经济司、国家税务局所得税司、全国工商联研究室等单位,对这次进行的“中国大陆最大私营企业调查”给予了指导。这份报告通过对广东、海南、江苏、浙江、河北等5省117位较大规模私营企业主的分析,详细描述了我国目前私营企业的经营环境,提出全社会应实事求是地接受10多年来私营经济迅速发展的生动现实,在总体政策方面适时做出合乎解放生产力方向的明智调整。报告对于人们了解我国现阶段私营企业主的心态,对于政府部门的决策有一定的参考价值。
This survey was initiated and organized by China Market Research. The Bureau of Commerce and Economic Cooperation of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Individual and Private Economic Department of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Income Tax Department of the State Administration of Taxation, and the Research Institute of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce gave guidance to the “Survey of the Largest Private Enterprises in Mainland China” conducted this time. Based on an analysis of 117 large-scale private sector owners in five provinces of Guangdong, Hainan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Hebei, the report described in detail the current business environment of private-owned enterprises in our country and proposed that the whole society should, in due course, accept the private sector over 10 years The vivid reality of rapid economic development makes timely and wise adjustments in the overall policy in line with the direction of liberating the productive forces. The report has certain reference value for people to understand the mentality of private-owned business owners in our country at this stage and for the decision-making of government departments.
