本文从角色、角色预置、单向灌输型角色预置的定义出发,分析了思想政治教育过程中单向灌输型角色预置产生的原因,剖析了单向灌输型角色预置存在的错误观点,在此基础上,提出角色转换——单向灌输型的主客体关系亟待改变,具体表现为必须确立互动的教育过程、开放的教育体系、动态的教育机制和扬弃的教育观念。
Based on the definitions of roles, roles pre-setting and one-way instillation, this paper analyzes the reasons for the pre-setting of one-way inculcation in ideological and political education, and analyzes the mistaken ideas On the basis of this, it is proposed that the relationship between subject and object needs to be changed urgently in order to change the role-conversion-one-way inculcation. The concrete manifestation is that an interactive education process, an open education system, a dynamic educational mechanism and an abandoned educational concept must be established.
