目的 :研究我国特有植物铁破锣 (有称为滇豆根者 ) [Beesiacalthifolia (Maxim .)Ulhr .]根茎的化学成分 ,为阐明其有效成分提供依据。方法 :利用硅胶柱层析进行分离 ,根据化合物的光谱数据 (IR ,MS ,1H NMR ,13 C NMR)和化学方法鉴定其结构。结果 :从其根茎的氯仿萃取物中分离得到 5个化合物 ,分别鉴定为 :阿魏酸 (I) ,2 5 脱水升麻醇 3 O β D 吡喃木糖苷 (Ⅱ )、升麻醇 3 O β D 吡喃木糖苷 (Ⅲ ) ,铁破锣皂苷Ⅰ (Ⅳ )和胡萝卜苷 (Ⅴ )。 结论 :化合物Ⅰ ,Ⅱ ,Ⅲ和Ⅴ系首次从该植物中分离得到 ,其中Ⅱ~Ⅳ为环菠萝蜜烷型三萜皂苷。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the rhizome of [Beesiacalthifolia (Maxim.)Ulhr.], an endemic plant in China, and to provide basis for clarifying its effective components. Methods : Separation by silica gel column chromatography, and its structure was identified according to the spectral data of the compound (IR, MS, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR) and chemical methods. RESULTS: Five compounds were isolated from the chloroform extract of their rhizomes and identified as: ferulic acid (I), 25 dehydrated proteol 3 O β-D-xylopyranoside (II ), and limonol 3 O Beta D-xylopyranoside (III), Tetrasaponin I (IV), and Daucoside (V). Conclusion : Compounds I, II, III and V were isolated from this plant for the first time. Among them, II-IV was a ring-shaped pineomelous triterpenoid saponin.
