巴西木素系豆科植物苏木(Caesalpinia sappall)的主要成分,经试验证实其对氟烷(1-溴-1.氯-2,2,2-三氟乙烷)处理过的小鼠免疫功能变化具有明显作用,且对正常小鼠有免疫调节作用,为此进一步研究了巴西木素对氟烷中毒早期抑制性细胞活性、迟发型超敏反应(DTH)、IgM空斑形成细胞(PFCs)、有丝分裂原导致的脾细胞增殖和混合淋巴细胞反应(MLR)的影响。
