本文对农进二号×C_(?7)这一晚粳杂交组合的不育系,保持系,恢复系和杂种,进行了过氧化物酶和脂酶的同工酶的对比分析测定。结果表明:过氧化物酶的同工酶表现在不育系和保持系的区带数目和颜色深度均要高于恢复系,由于恢复系区带数目较少,以致影响杂种不具有独特的区带。因而显示优势不显著。脂酶的同工酶区带数目表现差异性不大,一般都比较稳定,可作为遗传特性的生化指标.
In this paper, we determined the isozymes of peroxidase and lipase in CMS, maintainer, restorer and hybrid of Nongjin II × C _ (-7), a late japonica hybrid combination. The results showed that peroxidase isozymes showed higher number of bands and color depth in CMS and maintainer lines than in restorer lines. Because of the smaller number of restorer lines, the effect of isozymes was not unique band. Which shows that the advantages are not significant. The number of lipase isozyme bands showed little difference in performance, are generally more stable, can be used as a biochemical indicators of genetic characteristics.
