目的采用ICP-MS法测定同一生产基地不同采收期苦丁茶中Cr、Cu、As、Cd、Sn、Sb、Hg、Pb的含量。方法用微波-硝酸消解法处理苦丁茶,在线加入Y元素作为内标来校正样品的基本效应和仪器信号漂移可能对测试过程造成的影响。结果各元素在一定浓度范围内的线性关系良好,r为0.9992~0.9999,RSD为0.02%~2.39%;8种重金属的检出限均≤0.03μg·L~(-1),回收率为96.78%~103.95%。结论苦丁茶中8种重金属元素的含量均符合《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》和《中国药典》的标准。
OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of Cr, Cu, As, Cd, Sn, Sb, Hg and Pb in Kudingcha with different harvesting time on the same production base by ICP-MS. Methods The microwave-nitric acid digestion method was used to treat Kudingcha. The Y element was added online as the internal standard to correct the basic effect of the sample and the influence of signal drift on the test process. Results The linearity of each element ranged from 0.9992 to 0.9999 with a RSD of 0.02% to 2.39%. The detection limits of all eight heavy metals were all ≤ 0.03μg · L -1 with a recovery of 96.78 % ~ 103.95%. Conclusion The contents of eight heavy metal elements in Kudingcha are in line with the standards of “green industry standard of import and export of medicinal plants and preparations” and “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”.
