一、中学精致管理的概念 精致学校管理与其他形式的学校管理之间的差别在于 “精致”,精致二字具有与学校管理主要的基本属性紧密结合 的自然含义:精致二字既是形容词,构成精致学校管理时,从 作为定语角度上讲,形成了学校管理的一种精致境界,从而 指明了学校管理的方向。精致二字也是动词,可作谓语,从谓 语角度上讲,精致学校管理表明了学校管理精致化的过程 性、渐进性。精致学校管理概念的结构如图所示:
