硅钢主要用作变压器和电机的铁芯,是一种重要的功能材料。在介绍无取向硅钢生产现状及薄板坯连铸连轧技术在中国的发展现状的基础上,分析了中国生产无取向硅钢现有生产工艺的技术关键及其所存在的问题,阐述了采用薄板坯连铸连轧生产无取向硅钢的可行性及其优势,指出了该工艺流程未来的主要研究方向。结果表明,采用薄板坯连铸连轧生产无取向硅钢不仅是可行的,而且具有良好的发展前景。
Silicon steel is mainly used as a transformer and motor core, is an important functional material. Based on the introduction of non-oriented silicon steel production status and development status of thin slab continuous casting and rolling technology in China, the technical key and existing problems of existing non-oriented silicon steel production in China are analyzed. The feasibility and advantages of non-oriented silicon steel for continuous casting and tandem rolling are pointed out, and the future research directions of the technological process are pointed out. The results show that the use of thin slab continuous casting and rolling production of non-oriented silicon steel is not only feasible, but also has good prospects for development.
