中央皇权在明朝进一步加强,锦衣卫制度作为巩固皇权的工具而存在。明朝的锦衣卫作为封建帝王的集权工具,必有存在的理由。制衡原则在厂卫制度中明确的体现出来,在锦衣卫内部,权力的分权制衡并没有达到平衡。因此导致锦衣卫无视中央司法,在皇帝的操纵下对臣民的政治生活进行监督。对明朝社会发展产生不小的阻碍,本文对锦衣卫内部制衡性进行分析,说明锦衣卫是明朝走向衰亡的原因之一。
The central imperial power was further strengthened in the Ming Dynasty and the system of Jinyi Wei existed as a tool to consolidate the imperial power. Ming Yi Jin Yi Wei as a feudal monarch’s centralization tools, there must be reasons. The principle of checks and balances is clearly reflected in the factory-health system. In the interior of Jin-wei, the separation of powers and the balance of powers have not been balanced. As a result, Kam Yi Wei ignored the central judiciary and supervised the subjects’ political life under the control of the emperor. This has produced an obstacle to the social development of the Ming Dynasty. This article analyzes the internal checks and balances of the Jinyi Wei, which shows that Jinyi Wei is one of the reasons for the decline of the Ming Dynasty.
