近一个时期以来,夜读各种出版物,发现繁体字、异体字,乱造简体字和随便使用早已淘汰的旧字型的现象比较突出,使用汉语拼音也颇有许多不确之处。国家有关部委遵照《国务院批转国家语言文字工作委员会关于废止<第二次汉字简化方案(草案)>和纠正社会用字混乱现象请示的通知》精神,广泛征求社会各界和国务院法制局的意见,几经修改,早已发布了《出版物汉字使用管理规定》。 汉字,是中国独特的古老文字,不仅数量大、笔画繁多、结构复杂,而且每个字形、音、义都有细微的差别,以其难认、难写、难记称于世。
