六年来,我校在市、区教育局和有关部门的支持下,初步建立了一支“以专为主”“专兼结合”的专业课教师队伍,这对提高职业技术教育质量起到了关键作用.我们的主要做法是: 一、立足本校,自力更生.我校初办时招收4个职业班,当时是普通完中,有教师70人,但缺乏专业课师资.为了办好职业技术学校,我们当时采取了“以兼为主,逐步建立自己的专业课教师”的方针,具体做法是: (一)挖掘现有人员中的潜力.我校有一位原辅仁大学经济系毕业的教师,曾多年做教务工作.我们动员他重操旧业,教会计原理课;还让本校一位财经中专毕业的青年会计教珠算课. (二)鼓励一部分有培养前途的中青年教师改教专业课.1981年我们动员一名数学
