1993年5月至1995年9月我们选用磷霉素钙治疗小儿急性菌痢102例,收到了理想的效果。现报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料本组符合传染病学中有关急性菌痢诊断标准。其中男性59例,女性43例,年龄为6月~10岁,平均年龄6.6岁。治疗前病程1~4天,有48例于就诊前接受氨苄青霉素、庆大霉素、复方新诺明、氟哌酸等治疗,疗效不显。
May 1993 to September 1995 we use fosfomycin calcium in children with acute bacillary dysentery in 102 cases received the desired results. The report is as follows. Clinical data First, the general information This group meets the diagnostic criteria for acute bacillary dysentery in infectious diseases. 59 males and 43 females, aged from 6 months to 10 years old, with an average age of 6.6 years. Duration of treatment before treatment 1 to 4 days, 48 patients received ampicillin, gentamicin, cotrimoxazole, norfloxacin treatment before treatment, curative effect is not significant.
