社会教育是是企业博物馆履行社会职能的重要一环。面对新媒体的迅猛发展,青少年接收知识的媒介正向网络化、信息化、个性化方向发展。如何创新教育方法,将企业文化与新媒体传播有机结合,是值得企业博物馆人探讨的问题。本文旨在探讨新媒体作在创新企业博物馆青少年教育工作方面的积极作用,以及如何发展运用新媒体,进一步发展和履行企业博物馆社会教育职能。
Social education is an important part of corporate museums performing social functions. Facing the swift and violent development of new media, young people receiving media of knowledge are developing in the direction of network, information and personalization. How to innovate the methods of education and combine the corporate culture with the new media is an issue worthy of being discussed by corporate museum people. The purpose of this article is to explore the positive role of new media in advancing youth education in corporate museums and how to develop and utilize new media to further develop and fulfill the social education functions of corporate museums.
