目的:通过对几种不同的提取多糖方法的比较研究,寻找提取大蓟生品及炭品多糖效果较好的方法。方法:分别采用水提醇沉法、醇提除杂法、超声辅助法、碱提取法对中药大蓟生品及炭品进行提取,用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果:生品多糖4种方法测定的结果分别为1.587%,1.908%,2.283%,0.112%;炭品多糖测定的结果分别为2.142%,0.425%,2.302%,2.343%。结论:大蓟生品的多糖提取方法是超声辅助法提取的多糖含量较高,差异显著。大蓟炭的多糖提取方法是醇提除杂法提取的多糖含量较高,差异显著。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the methods of extracting polysaccharides from several different kinds of polysaccharides to find out the better method to extract polysaccharides from crude products and charcoal products. Methods: Extracts of crude products and charcoal of Artemisia ordosica were extracted respectively by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method, alcohol extraction and impurity extraction, ultrasonic assisted method and alkali extraction method. The content of polysaccharide was determined by phenol - sulfuric acid colorimetry. Results: The results of four methods for the determination of raw polysaccharides were 1.587%, 1.908%, 2.283% and 0.112%, respectively. The results of determination of polysaccharides were 2.142%, 0.425%, 2.302% and 2.343% respectively. Conclusion: Polysaccharide extraction method of the crude product of Artichoke is higher in content of polysaccharide extracted by ultrasonic assistant method with significant difference. The polysaccharide extracted from thistle is extracted by alcohol and extracted by polysaccharide, which has a significant difference.
