学校的工作主要是学生工作,而学生工作又是班主任的主要工作。班主任是班集体的组织者、领导者、管理者和教育者;班主任是每个学生身心健康成长的导师、是智慧的使者、是心灵的雕塑家。在当前课改新形势下,我们班主任的工作要求又提升了一层,要充分调动学生的学习积极性,让学生行为习惯规范化,让学生愿学好学,善学乐学,这就需要做好学生的思想工作。在此,我想谈谈我的班主任工作点滴体会。一、恪守职业道德、安心本职工作。
