林地使用权流转过程中存在诸多障碍,已成为完善我国森林资源物权制度的瓶颈之一。基于林地使用权流转理论和林地使用权流转障碍的多元化与危害,本文通过分析林地使用权障碍存在的多维动因,在总结以往经验与不足的基础上,加以整合与创新,以期建立完善的林地使用权障碍拆解机制。
