我们于1986年4月份对32例上呼吸道感染患儿发病期中鼻腔分泌物进行了SIgA检测,同时还:果取30名健康儿进行对照实验,现介绍如下: 一般资料上感患儿32名中男孩21名,女孩11名。其中蒙族5名,汉族27名。发病年龄:1.25～14岁之间,其中<7岁为14名:8～14岁者为18名。发病以春季为多,32例除患有上感外有部分患儿有原发疾病,如:过敏性紫癜,病毒性心肌炎。肾炎、肾病等。测定方法测定步骤及方法,将消毒过的滤纸贴附于患儿两侧下鼻甲,15分钟后取出,放于消毒试管内送验。采用单琼脂
