分析100例正常成人、78例左室负荷增重和46例右室负荷增重病人的U向量环(U环).结果表明,各组U环的最大向量振幅和方位显著不同,正常成人最大U向量振幅约30μV,空间方位在左前下;左室负荷增重时最大U向量振幅明显增大,向右前移位,空间方位在右前下或右前上;右室负荷增重时最大U向量振幅也增大,向左后移位,空间方位在左后上.U环的这种变化可作为心室负荷增重的诊断参考指标,同时提出U环的产生与心肌机械负荷密切相关。
The U-vector rings (U-rings) of 100 normal adults, 78 patients with left ventricular weight gain and 46 patients with right ventricular load were analyzed.The results showed that the maximum vector amplitude and orientation of U-rings in each group were significantly different, U-vector amplitude is about 30μV, spatial orientation is in front left and left; amplitude of maximum U-vector is obviously increased when left ventricular load is increased, shifted to the right front, spatial orientation is on the right lower front or right front; maximum U-vector amplitude Also increased to the left after the shift, the spatial orientation in the left posterior.UU ring this change can be used as a reference value for diagnosis of ventricular weight gain, at the same time proposed U-ring and myocardial mechanical load are closely related.
