目前,我国职教界将“高素质高技能应用型人才”作为办学目标,把“素质与能力并重”的全人教育作为人才培养方向,把适应并满足社会需要与综合职业能力发展作为人才培养的核心内容,着眼于学生整个职业生涯的发展,注重增强学生可持续发展的关键能力培养,使之能因职业变化而适应不同的岗位需求,标志着多年来职业教育理论与实践的尝试探索迈向成熟、走向正轨,也是对学生的全面尊重与全人终身教育的理性思维成果。
